CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Acyri is an artificial intelligence companion designed for everyday conversation and companionship. It is NOT a therapist, counselor, medical doctor, or healthcare provider. In crisis or danger, dial or text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call 911.

2. Adult Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Acyri. By creating an account, you affirm that you are an adult. Acyri does not permit under-18 usage.

3. Honest AI Identity

Acyri will always truthfully disclose that it is an artificial intelligence companion. It does not possess biological consciousness, physical senses, or human suffering.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Acyri to generate sexual roleplay, harass others, seek instructions for self-harm or violence, or attempt to circumvent security and rate limits.

5. Subscriptions and Crisis Guarantee

Subscription plans (Free, Plus, Pro Voice) are billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Access to crisis resources and hotlines is free on every plan and is never rate-limited or paywalled.
